Meet the ConsentStack Concierge: We'll Set Up Your Consent Banner for You, Free

Today we're introducing the ConsentStack Concierge: a real person on our team who sets up your entire consent experience for you. Your banner, your branding, your script blocking, your geo-compliance settings. All of it, configured correctly, free, as little as 24 hours.

Key Takeaways

  • 01A ConsentStack expert configures your entire setup for you.
  • 02Free on every plan. No onboarding fee, no sales call.
  • 03Live in as little as 24 hours.
  • 04Request it in two clicks from your dashboard.

You don't fill out a form and wait for a sales call. You click a button, and a specialist takes it from there.

How it works

Open your dashboard and look at the bottom of the configuration sidebar. There's a card titled Free whiteglove configuration. Click Let's do it.

That's the whole ask. From there:

  1. Pick the sites you want set up (if you only have one, we skip this step).
  2. Drop in any brand notes: colors, fonts, copy tweaks, a link to your design system, anything you want us to match.
  3. Confirm, and a ConsentStack specialist joins your team as an admin.

In as little as 24 hours, your configuration is done and we email you to take a look. We build the banner to match your brand, wire up the script blocking for your actual scripts, and set the compliance rules for the regions you serve. You can remove our access at any time from your team members page. Prefer to talk it through first? Book a call and walk us through your brand live.

That's the announcement. Here's why it matters more than it sounds like it should.

A cosmetic banner is not compliance

Most cookie banners on the internet do nothing.

That sounds like an exaggeration. It isn't. A huge share of consent setups fall into one of two buckets. Either the banner is cosmetic, a box that asks for consent while the tracking scripts fire the moment the page loads regardless of what the visitor clicks. Or the engine is real but misconfigured, so reject doesn't actually reject, or a whole category of scripts slips through, or the geo rules point at the wrong regulation. Plenty of sites manage both at once.

This isn't because the people running those sites don't care. It's because most consent tools are genuinely hard to set up correctly. The enterprise platforms bury the work under jurisdictions, purpose stacks, identity spaces, and deployment plans. By the time you've learned the glossary, "good enough" starts to look a lot like "done," and a banner that looks fine ships on top of a configuration nobody fully understands.

The result is the failure mode regulators actually fine: scripts that run before consent, reject buttons that don't work, asymmetric designs that nudge people into clicking accept. We broke down how script blocking actually works, and why most CMPs fake it, if you want the long version. The short version is that a banner you can see tells you nothing about whether the thing behind it works.

What "set up correctly" actually means

When the Concierge configures your site, here's what we're getting right, each of which is a place a typical setup goes wrong:

  • Script blocking tuned to your actual scripts. Parse-time blocking that stops analytics and marketing tags before they execute, not after they've already phoned home.
  • Geo-detection across regulations. The right rules for the right regions, so a visitor in the EU and a visitor in California each get the experience their law requires.
  • A brand-matched banner and preference center. Not a template with your logo dropped in. Your colors, your type, your copy, designed to look like part of your site.
  • Platform adapters. Google Consent Mode v2 and the other integrations wired up correctly, so your consent signals reach the tools that depend on them.
  • Reject means reject. When someone declines, the scripts actually stay off.

Any one of these is easy to get subtly wrong on your own. We get all of them right, and we do it as a set, because compliance is the whole configuration working together, not one box checked.

Why we do it free

Consent management should be something you don't think about. You set it up once, correctly, and then you go back to running your business. That's the entire point of the product, and a setup step that's too fiddly to get right defeats it.

So we took the fiddly part off your plate. The Concierge is free on every plan, including our free tier. There's no premium onboarding package, no per-seat services fee, no upsell waiting at the end. We would rather have you configured correctly than have you become another cosmetic-banner statistic.
