A confirmed compliance issue becomes our highest priority. We investigate, remediate, and verify the fix with you. Most issues end here, which is the point of a guarantee backed by people who did your setup.

If we cannot bring your setup into compliance, we pay back everything you paid us in the previous 90 days, to your original payment method.
The conditions, up front
A guarantee is only as good as its fine print, so here is ours, in plain language. The guarantee asks three things: let our Concierge do your setup and keep access to your ConsentStack account, keep the snippet installed as instructed, and let our tracker catalogue decide what gets blocked. Override the catalogue with your own tracker definitions and the guarantee ends, because at that point your rules are making the compliance decisions instead of ours.
What does not affect the guarantee: customization. Colors, layouts, wording, custom CSS, all of it is yours to change. And what it does not cover: it is a product guarantee about your consent setup, not legal advice, not insurance against fines, and not a warranty on your privacy program beyond the consent layer. In rare cases a hosting platform injects scripts in a way no consent tool can reach; we flag those during setup and evaluate them case by case rather than hiding behind them.
